Every child has the proper to expect a conducive teaching and learning environment. Likewise, every student has the responsibility to contribute thereto environment.

Mantra to Fitness & Discipline

Youngsters need a structured games programme as a part of their school day. SRA PATELI SCHOOL children are encouraged to find out to play a spread of team games and individual sports. to stay the body fit and fine school provides many indoor and outdoor games like Carom, Chess, Athletics, Cricket, Badminton, etc. Basketball, Ping-Pong . we'll have a gymnasium, swimming bath , play field and a pitch with specialist teaching staff to make sure that the requirements of each child are catered to. Games & sports installing values and discipline of life.

2. RULES & REGULATION

2.1 ATTENDANCE AND PUNCTUALITY

A2.1.1 Attendance in class is compulsory. Absence from school must be supported by a medical certificate. Excuse from school could also be granted on compassionate grounds and on a case-by-case basis. All medical certificates or letters of excuse must be submitted to the shape Teacher immediately when the scholar returns to high school . Absence without valid reason are going to be deemed as truancy

2.1.2 Parents got to apply for leave of absence for his or her child from the Vice-Principal to go away or absent themselves from school for urgent private matters. Permission to go away school early could also be granted for special cases. the shape Teacher must be told by the scholar and permission must be obtained from the Principal or Vice-Principal. His/Her parent/ guardian are going to be contacted and his/her name are going to be entered within the Early Dismissal book within the General Office. Students may leave for overseas travel only during school-announced or official.

2.1.3 Students mustClass be punctual for college , CCA and every one school events. Students who are late for school i.e. after morning assembly are subjected to late-coming procedures which include a report slip before they're allowed back to class.

2.2 DAILY ASSEMBLY

2.2.1 Students are expected to be in class by 7.30 a.m. All Form Teachers will then mark attendance

2.2.2 All students must stand at attention for the flag-raising ceremony. Students who are Singapore citizens must sing the anthem and take the Pledge. Students will take the Pledge with the proper fist placed over the guts

2.2.3 All students must sing the School Song with pride and respect.

2.2.4 During morning reflection, students are to listen carefully and to record down learning points in the handbook.

2.3 WEEKLY ASSEMBLY

2.3.1. Classes are to proceed to the School Hall in a quiet and orderly manner and be seated quickly

“Reading is a pre requisite of knowledge”. To facilitate this universal truth, the school has a spacious library which has a precious collection of books and reference material on a wide range of subjects. A large number of magazines, encyclopedias, periodicals and newspapers are also subscribed to update our students along with a generous collection of fiction and general books. The Library caters to the whole school community & is a place for quiet work & reading for all.
The school library is on a rapid and consistent path of expression & development. Our library helps to fulfills learning and research requirements of teachers and students of the school.

Transport Facility

The school has an efficient bus service. These buses bring children from near and far localities All N.P.I.S buses are equipped with mobile phones.

The future IT wizards work here. The school has one large computer lab with 20 PC's. The state-of-art computer lab ensures that students grow with a keen understanding of technology.

Knowledge Update

We continuously encourage updating and expansion of knowledge. To this end, regular seminars, competitions,
Meetings and educational tours and visits are conducted for the staff as well as students.

Healthcare Center

The school provides a regular health service including first aid facilities and regular medical checkup of students and carries on regular de-worming.
